8. Subscription and Payment

  • Advertising subscriptions are £49.99 per month
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Refunds are at our discretion
  • Failed payments may result in profile deactivation after a grace period

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of any information on the platform
  • Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
  • That advertisers will conduct themselves appropriately
  • Any specific results from using the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

EscortsOnly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EscortsOnly and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
